Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days. Each item is crafted and packaged directly by the creator, without intermediaries or logistics services, and the shipment is handed over personally to the carrier.
It is important to note that this artisanal process may lead to variations in delivery times, depending on the volume of orders or the carrier’s constraints. I make every effort to ensure that each parcel is dispatched under the best conditions and arrives at your home within the announced timeframe.

I support shipping services via La Poste and Mondial Relay.

Pickups at my workshop are free of charge, but only available by appointment.

However, the website only allows this option to be selected by French customers. If you would like to make a purchase with free workshop pickup without being a French resident, please send me an email at commandes[@]abyss-ceramics.com. I will create the order for you with the pickup fees waived and send you the payment link.

I offer local delivery for orders starting at €50, within a 10 km radius of the workshop in Vaudreching.
